1. Installation:
After receiving the smart POS machine, the first step is to install the system. Connect the smart POS machine, barcode scanner, and printer. Open the stand, place the tablet on the stand, and then press and hold the power button to turn it on. Once you see the display page, locate the corresponding software and click login.
2. Data Entry:
Before officially using the smart POS machine, you need to enter product data. First, find and open the POS software. Create a new product interface in the software and then start scanning product barcodes for data entry. Most smart POS machines have 40,000 product databases built into their cloud storage. You can directly scan and display product information, then save the price and quantity. If the product is not in the barcode database, you can manually enter the product's barcode and name and save to create a new store product.
3. Printer Connection:
Smart POS machines usually have a built-in receipt printer on the base. To use it, turn on the automatic printer search. Once you see the connected status, you can operate normally. The receipt printer and barcode scanner of the smart cash register are connected normally. After entering all the product names, you can start the cashier operation. Simply scan the product barcode, and the product information will appear and the smart cash register will automatically settle the payment.
